Associate Campaign Director

Location: (Multiple states)

Type: Full Time

Min. Experience: Mid Level

We aren't currently hiring for an Associate Campaign Director but we're always interested in hearing from talented campaigners. Submit your application here and we'll be in touch when we have an opening.

We’re seeing a moment in our nation’s history unlike any in decades. From the Women’s March to the protest over the Muslim ban, the Trump administration’s outright sexism, racism, and hate have spurred historic levels of action in the fight for equality -- and women are leading the charge. It’s urgent that we harness this unprecedented energy -- and at UltraViolet, we’re expanding our campaign capacity to make that happen, including hiring an Associate Campaign Director.

UltraViolet’s mission is to fight sexism and expands women’s rights in politics, government, media, and pop culture. Since 2012, we’ve worked in four core issue areas -- ending violence against women, making progress toward economic security for women and families, ensuring access to full and affordable health care services, and calling out sexism in politics and media. We’ve won victories like getting Facebook to add the first woman to its board, forcing Netflix to expand benefits for hourly workers, exposing the NFL’s history of covering up domestic abuse, and defeating countless abortion restrictions.

Since the 2016 election, UltraViolet’s one million members have been more energized than ever before, helping to stop the repeal of the Affordable Care Act, exposing the sexism and racism of Trump’s cabinet, putting an extremist Supreme Court nominee on thin ice, and calling out major corporations like Amazon and the LPGA for financially supporting the sexual predator in chief. Looking ahead, our work is only beginning -- and it’s time to grow our team to meet this moment.
